Visitor: so long ago forgot his name... Texas hasher
The pack of two... :( with the two hash hounds assembled at Amethyst Brook conservation area. Awaiting more and none showed. Just about to run out to the beer when, to our amazement, another hasher, a visitor from Texas, shows.
Now... we have to run... Trail is A->B so... gotta go get the Beer!
Trail wound all around through the woods around Amethyst Brook and then.... it began to climb, and climb some more, and higher still, we climbed... then it got steep... and dark... But we soldiered on. (at least one of us was a soldier type. Memory fades about the details, but we did end up carefully picking our way along the rooted and uneven M&M trail 'til the end, where the beer was had.
On-after at the Hanger with wings and more beer. Tried to show a visitor a good time, hoping we succeeded.
